This malt is made from two-row modern spring barley varieties. To achieve high extract potential in this malt, we complete a long germination time in our drum malting plant for homogeneity. Golden Swift Pale Ale Malt gives a rich golden colour and balanced sweet malt flavour to your beer. This malt is ideal for brewing ale styles.
This malt is produced in our Boby maltings in Bury St Edmunds.
