Description
These rolled oats are made from oat groats that are dehusked and steamed before being rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers. They are then stabilised by being lightly toasted.
Silky Fog Rolled Oats is the perfect solution to adding real body and a silky mouthfeel in low ABV hoppy pales or even stronger stouts. Oats add smooth, silky and enjoyable textures to beer styles. The starches and proteins in the oats thicken mouthfeel and provide haziness, helping to make a full-bodied beer.
