Our malts

Strong Chains Dextrin Malt adds body and mouthfeel without impacting flavour or colour. This means you can use up to 20% for low ABV pale ales to replicate the mouthfeel of a much stronger beer.

Heavy Anchor Munich Malt is made by a similar process to our Solid Depth Lager Malt, where germination times are restricted during malting to limit modification.

Red Beacon Melanoidin Malt provides deep intense taste and a dark ruby colour to beer. It has characteristically high melanoidin content, producing dark, aroma-rich malts with deep nutty, malty and biscuit Notes.

With warming aromas stemming from generous additions of cinnamon and ginger into the malting process, the Gingerbread Cookie infusion malt finds soft balance with further additions of nutmeg, allspice and cloves working in harmony to contribute to a complex medley of depth, cosy spice and festivity.
